The feeling of being "lazy," "broken," or "inefficient" isn’t a character flaw. It is the result of trying to force your neurodivergent brain into a neurotypical box.
Traditional productivity hacks often fail because they ignore the root cause: a dysregulated nervous system and a lifetime of self-abandonment fueled by Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD).
My approach is different. Healing is not one-size-fits-all. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I believe in Consent-Based Coaching. We always begin with a foundation of Clinical Safety. From there, we build your unique "medicine bag" using the tools that resonate with your worldview.
The Foundation: Clinical Somatic Safety (The Non-Negotiable). Drawing on my background as a Psychiatric Nurse, we use evidence-based somatic tools to bypass the "noisy" ADHD mind and regulate the nervous system directly. This builds the interoception required to unmask, manage emotional dysregulation, and build resilience to RSD.
The Expansion: Embodied Archetypes & Intuitive Mapping (Optional). We use Jungian Feminine Archetypes (such as the Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, and Sovereign) and Oracle systems as psychological mirrors. These visual languages help the neurodivergent brain bypass intellectual "noise" to access subconscious wisdom and safely reclaim exiled parts of yourself.
The Integration: Somatic Movement & Breath. We utilize trauma-informed Yin Yoga, targeted breathwork, and intuitive somatic dance to physically discharge the adrenaline and cortisol trapped in your tissues from a lifetime of high-functioning survival mode.
While our foundation is deeply rooted in clinical neurobiology and evidence-based science, true healing happens when you step out of your analytical brain and reconnect with your intuition. Because no two nervous systems are the same, your container is intentionally tailored to your unique needs.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I intentionally integrate a curated toolkit of holistic and intuitive modalities into our sessions. We navigate these pathways based on your personal comfort, cultural background, and what your physiology requires in the moment.
These optional pathways include:
Movement & Breath: We utilize trauma-informed Yin Yoga, targeted breathwork, and intuitive somatic dance to physically discharge the stress energy trapped in your body.
Mindfulness & Energetic Mapping: For clients who desire a deeper holistic approach, we explore the Chakra system as an ancient, somatic map for where you hold specific emotional blocks or boundaries in your physical body.
Intuitive Reflection: We use Feminine Archetypes and Oracle/Tarot decks not for fortune-telling, but as powerful psychological mirrors. For the highly analytical brain, these tools provide a safe, creative way to bypass the inner critic and visually map out your authentic desires.
We view tools like Archetypes, Tarot, and Chakras not as dogma, but as powerful systems for pattern recognition and embodiment. These are visual languages that help the ADHD brain access the subconscious.

We view the Chakras as an optional map of where emotions sit in the body. For example, the "Throat Chakra" is simply where we hold the somatic tension of speaking our truth. We use this map to identify where your body is physically signaling a need for boundaries or expression.

However, these are invitations, not requirements. If these concepts resonate with you, we will dive deep. If you prefer to stay grounded strictly in neuroscience and somatic regulation, we will stay there. We only open the doors you want to walk through.
A Note on Our Journey Together
My approach prioritizes direct, felt experience over intellectual perfection. This work invites you to courageously engage with what truly resonates within your body, trusting the unfolding of your unique process. It is this commitment to depth that makes the work so potently transformative.
I bring over 6 years of psychiatric nursing experience to our sessions.
Please note: While I use my background to provide a safe, trauma-informed container, our work together is coaching-focused and does not include diagnosis or medical treatment.
